The New Zealand Tramping Hut enamelware collection is also available as greeting cards and gift wrap. Designed by Henri Stone of Wolfkamp & Stone this quirky collection combines our beloved New Zealand native trees with some of our cutest wee tramping huts from favourite NZ national parks.
It is published and distributed by Live Wires NZ Ltd.
The enamelware collection has four pieces, a mug, a tumbler, a bowl and a large plate or platter. The quality is fabulous…a heavy baked on enamel. This collection is not painted tin with decals!
The image above and below also shows our 2018 Kiwi Hikers Pop and Slot and look out for our other enamelware collection of Lighthouses of New Zealand and new individual NZ themed enamel mugs.
Below the huts are from the top clockwise: Mt Starveall Hut – Mt Richmond National Park, Makaoere Hut – Te Orewera National Park, Crow Hut – Kahurangi National Park, Midflat Hut – Hunter Valley, Waimakariri Falls Hut – Arthur’s Pass National Park, Frew Biv – West Coast, Old Price’s Hut – West Coast, Fraser’s Hut – Landsborough Valley, West Coast.
The hut illustrations were inspired by Shaun Barnett and Rob Brown’s stellar photography of back country huts.
