New Zealand orders:

We aim to dispatch all New Zealand orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been packed and labeled you will receive an email with your tracking link so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

International orders:

Allow 5-10 days for international orders. Most countries are calculated at a flat rate.

Quotes:

If you’d prefer a quote before placing your order, no problem. Contact me with what you’d like to order and your delivery address and we’ll get back to you ASAP. Final shipping costs will be emailed to you after your order is received and packed. Your order won’t be dispatched until you’ve approved the shipping quote.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what may apply.

If you placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email make sure to check your spam or promotions folder. If there’s still nothing, contact me with your name and any order details you have, we’ll sort it out.

Return Policy:

Art Prints:

We will gladly return your print if it has been damaged in transit or there are any defects.

Contact me with your order number and please attach images of the damage.

Disclaimer: Colours may appear different on screen to the printed artwork because all screens are different. Printed reproductions are as faithful to the original artwork as possible.

Homewares and Gifts:

We’re so sorry to hear you may have received a faulty or damaged item.

Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue and your order number.

All returns must be in original packaging/bags where applicable.
